| PAYMENTS |
| We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB) and checks. If paid by checks, shipment will be made after the check is cleared. You can checkout via Google Checkout for faster checkout as well. |
| SHIPPING FEE |
For Continental U.S. 48 States - Shipping fee via UPS Ground is $18 for orders less than $500, $23 for orders $500 - $799, and $28 for orders $800 - $1,000. For orders more than $1,000 we will provide you with the specify shipping cost.
For International order (outside of USA) - we use U.S. Postal Office International Express Mail and charge actual costs.
Estimated Shipping costs are;
Ship to CANADA; around 10% of the total order value.
Ship to other countries; around 17% of the total order value.
Shipment will be dispatched from New York, USA
Once delivery is confirmed by UPS or USPS, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to non-delivery of packages or late shipment deliveries.

| AVAILABILITY |
| All Sckoon Products, unless otherwise specify the delivery date, are available throughout the year for immediate delivery. |
| BACKORDERS & LATE SHIPMENTS |
Shipping(estimated actual shipping costs rather than standard costs as stated above) will be charged on back orders and Late Shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel back orders.
Product Return
All sales are final except on damaged items. Please inspect shipment upon delivery, and if there are any damages or missing items, send a written communications (email or fax us) to obtain return authorization number. We do not accept any returns without our return authorization number. After 10 days items are no longer eligible for return or compensation.
